Airbus Headquarters
Airbus (formerly Cassidian) selected us to design their new 1500 square meter Riyadh City headquarters. The design proposal had to satisfy all Airbus branding standards as well as follow German building codes and regulations for office spaces. It was also important for the client to maximize space utilization while considering critical factors such as privacy and security.
The nearly triangular floor plan allowed for the creation of five distinct functional areas that can operate independently and as the whole. As required by the security concerns of the project, the interior spaces were built as a combination of solid wall construction, wood paneling and graded translucent glass.
